Custom-built to house 25,000 bottles, our cellar is maintained at a constant 59 degrees, while the humidity is kept between 60 and 80 percent. We're judicious about the care of our collection, but we designed the cellar to be more than simply functional -- we think it is also attractive! We used only the finest redwoods in its construction, and designed overhead racking through the walkways to lend a dramatic effect.
