Courtright’s Executive Chef Jerome Bacle on Windy City LIVE

Courtright’s Executive Chef Jerome Bacle recently had the pleasure of leading a cooking demonstration on ABC 7′s popular
morning talk show Windy City LIVE!
 Chef displayed his talents to the viewers, hosts, and studio audience by preparingGrilled Sockeye Salmon with a Red Bell Pepper, Mango & Almond Salad, Sweet Corn and Vanilla Coulis, and Roasted Asparagus.  Hosts Ryan Chiaverini, Val Warner, and Ji Suk Yi had great things to say about Courtright’s and thoroughly enjoyed Chef’s food and infectious personality.  After the segment, the entire studio audience came to Courtright’s to enjoy a three course luncheon and admire the garden views.
