To William and Rebecca Courtright, welcoming guests with open arms
just may be the most important part of their job. As Rebecca says,
“If I know that we can touch the lives of the people coming
through our doors and affect those lives for the better, then it has
been a very good day.”
When William and Rebecca Courtright first opened the doors to their
4-star restaurant in 1995, they fulfilled their personal dream. They
also continued the Courtright family legacy begun by William’s
mother and father, Ken and Sally Courtright, nearly 40 years before.
The teachings of true hospitality that William learned at his mother’s
knee form the underpinnings of their approach to their work –
and life.
