The days are getting shorter as winter nears. Courtright's lush gardens have changed from the vibrant colors of summer to the fiery hues of autumn. The view from our dining room windows is a display of our mature oaks' smoky reds, browns, yellows and orange leaves.
Fireplaces are once again blazing, providing a welcoming venue for a family or romantic dinner at Courtright's. Or, treat your business partners to a productive and enjoyable meeting over our culinary creations and wine pairings.
Traditional fall ingredients, including pumpkin and squash, are favorites, while sweet potatoes and cranberries are constants in our Thanksgiving dishes. Cauliflower, broccoli, chestnuts and a variety of favorite root vegetables are abundant in our fall creations. Lovers of game may enjoy wild pheasant, partridge, venison and elk at Courtright's seasonal tasting and wine dinners.
